<p>We are looking for</p> <p>An Operational Procurement Manager for our site in Haifa</p> <p>Join a critical role at the heart of the supply chain in one of Israel's leading defense companies. You will lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage strategic supplier relationships, and make a direct impact on project success - in a dynamic, fast-paced environment full of purpose and meaning</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage the full procurement cycle: issuing RFQs to suppliers, generating purchase orders, and closely tracking from issuance through warehouse receipt to supplier payment</p> <p>Manage suppliers and subcontractors: conducting weekly status calls to monitor and control delivery schedules, meeting savings and OTD targets</p> <p>Provide creative solutions and rapid responses to internal customers and suppliers</p> <p>Oversee ongoing reporting and control of the supply plan, including data analysis and presenting status updates and progress to management</p> <p>Work intensively with cross-organizational interfaces (business unit, planning, finance, warehouse) while delivering fast and creative solutions in a dynamic environment</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or practical engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, or Economics</p> <p>Proven experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Full proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze complex data</p> <p>Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably procurement and logistics modules - advantage</p> <p>High-level English (reading, writing, and leading discussions with international suppliers)</p> <p>Deep understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management</p> <p>Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a multi-interface environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered*</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
