<p>Grow With Us</p> <p>We are looking for a full-time, dedicated, and passionate Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary post-sale contact for our customers-owning the relationship, driving adoption of our all-in-one HR platform, and ensuring long-term success. You will also be responsible for driving renewals and discovering expansion opportunities cross-sells with the most innovative and fastest growing restaurant brands in the United States.</p> <p>This role is 5 days in-office, designed to support close collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional partners. Being in the office enables faster decision-making, stronger team alignment, and real-time collaboration essential for building and scaling our sales motion.</p> <p>Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market accounts </li><li>Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth implementation of payroll and workforce tools </li><li>Serve as a product expert-helping customers with best practices in hiring and payroll </li><li>Renew books of business and in cases of expansion, partner with the Growth AE </li><li>Proactively monitor account health and identify opportunities for upselling, training, or risk mitigation </li><li>Partner with Implementations, Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support to deliver best-in-class customer experience </li><li>Track and report on customer success metrics such as activation, usage, retention, and satisfaction </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation-ideally at a payroll, HRIS, or SaaS company </li><li>Deep familiarity with payroll processing, labor law compliance, or benefits administration </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders </li><li>A proactive mindset with strong project management and organizational skills </li><li>Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, UpdateAI) </li><li>Must be willing to report to the office for up to 5x a week </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>A mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empower deskless workers and local businesses </li><li>An early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your career </li><li>Competitive salary and equity </li><li>Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.</p>
