This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing campaign workflows, ensuring efficient execution, and driving continuous improvement in our marketing operations.</p> <p>What you'll be doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and develop a team of two Marketing Operations Specialists</p> </li><li> <p>Design, implement, and optimize campaign execution workflows and processes</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and reporting process</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain campaign performance metrics and reporting frameworks</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proper utilization and optimization of marketing technology systems</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain documentation for marketing operations processes</p> </li><li> <p>Implement quality control measures to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training and guidance on marketing operations best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to marketing leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>What you'll have</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management and 2+ years of people management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and MarTech stack as well as data privacy/compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with campaign execution, workflow design, and process optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with marketing attribution models and analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of marketing data management principles and practices</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-KC2</p>
