<p>Position Profile</p> <p>Supervises day-to-day operations and staff at Managed Services (MS) sites. Approximately 80% of time is spent on management duties and no more than 20% on operating production equipment. Responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing procedures, invoicing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining acceptable profit levels. This role requires a high degree of customer interaction and oversight of 15 to 20 employees or $80K in monthly services revenue at a single site.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Routinely demonstrates and promotes a helpful and positive work culture. </li><li>Encourages and builds positive relationships; communicates effectively with co-workers and outside vendors. </li><li>Conducts themselves as a professional representative of the company in accordance with RICOH's Code of Ethics. </li><li>Effectively implements and manages RICOH Service Excellence. </li><li>Achieves shift profitability by supervising the appropriate use of company materials and supplies. </li><li>Manages production labor percentages to meet company standards for production and quality control labor. </li><li>Meets quality and deadline expectations through effective job scheduling. </li><li>Handles daily formal contact with the customer in MS and as needed in BDS/LDS. </li><li>Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary. </li><li>Ensures operational quality by meeting Audit and Deadline compliance goals. </li><li>Improves employee retention by meeting turnover and average tenure targets. </li><li>Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency. </li><li>Improves operational consistency by implementing company standards and performance procedures. </li><li>Ensures appropriate staffing by matching employee skills and equipment with production demands. </li><li>Works with the sales department to resolve pricing, order-in, and invoicing issues. </li><li>Motivates employees and recognizes accomplishments in a timely manner. </li><li>Communicates job expectations clearly and manages performance through training, cross-training, coaching, counseling, directing, and evaluating work output and quality. </li><li>Completes site reports and other required documentation. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications)</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>5 to 7 years of experience in a related field. </li><li>Experience delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions. </li><li>Experience operating advanced machines and performing complex production tasks. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to define and prioritize realistic goals. </li><li>Proficient PC skills with standard business software applications. </li><li>Ability to stay current on technology and marketplace trends through continuous learning. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Typical office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels. </li><li>Work assignments are varied and may require interpreting, applying, and communicating complex information. </li><li>Some physical effort required, including periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Moderate dexterity required, including regular use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and fine motor coordination. </li></ul> <p>Note:</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
