As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to serve as a strategic partner who is solutions oriented and focused on ensuring medical accuracy and scientific validity of promotional and medical communications with robust scientific evidence and compliance with US laws and regulations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintains therapeutic area and product knowledge through ongoing assessment of relevant published literature, treatment guidelines, internal resources, and data. Contributes strong medical advice for interdisciplinary meetings and related initiatives including, promotional review, disease/brand and launch planning, labeling changes, business reviews, etc. </li><li>Support insight collection and analysis from the field medical team, prepare and coordinate cross-functional meetings, summarize and disseminate meeting action items and support the updates of listening priorities based on analysis </li><li>Maintain resource database for both Multiple Myeloma and Lymphoma teams and support the project management for resource development </li><li>Provide trial acceleration support with ongoing BMS sponsored trials, coordinate collaboration meetings and disseminate resources </li><li>Support prioritization of tactics and operational support in execution including project management </li><li>Critically review and provide solutions to complex promotional strategies and tactics to ensure balance of the messages, medical accuracy, and appropriateness of the content of the materials/activities in accordance with relevant guidance </li><li>Proactively align and build strong relationships with commercial and other advisors/stakeholders on issues or concerns </li><li>Ability to demonstrate leadership within the medical review team to help drive best practices aligned with strategic imperatives. Participates in initiatives aimed at process improvements related to core medical activities </li><li>Determine acceptability of data/references used to support claims and provide strong guidance as well as effective negotiation leading to resolution for pieces </li><li>Ensures awareness of current trends within the industry and promotes the sharing of best practices across the medical teams </li><li>Conducts business in accordance with BMS Values </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <ul> <li>PharmD, MD, PhD preferred with a minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical practice or the pharmaceutical industry </li><li>Ability to manage various projects, solve problems, deliver on commitments, and work with multidisciplinary teams </li><li>Strong scientific/medical written and verbal communication skills required </li><li>Experience in delivering a customer-focused service </li><li>Must be a strong team player and be willing to work in an environment where individual initiative and accountability to the team are required </li><li>Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude </li><li>Prior experience in therapeutic area preferred </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
