<p>LHH is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist for our client. This individual will provide critical operational and systems support to the Trade & Industrial Distribution Sales team. This role partners closely with Sales Managers and leadership to ensure CRM and ERP data accuracy, support reporting and analytics, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.</p> <p>Serving as a Salesforce.com subject matter expert, this position plays a key role in data management, process optimization, and cross functional collaboration to support sales and customer service initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>CRM & ERP Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain accurate and up to date customer, account, and contact data within Salesforce.com and SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Support Sales Managers by ensuring account and data integrity across CRM and ERP systems</p> </li><li> <p>Build, manage, and maintain customer contact databases within Salesforce.com</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with IT teams in Germany to support Salesforce updates, including fields, templates, and new account onboarding</p> </li><li> <p>Apply CRM best practices to improve system adoption, usability, and ongoing optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a Salesforce.com resource and subject matter expert for Sales and Customer Service teams</p> </li><li> <p>Create, update, and maintain new customer accounts within SAP</p> </li></ul> <p>Sales Operations & Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide operational support to regional and key account sales teams for the Trade & Industrial channel across the U.S. and Canada</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with sales performance, commission, and rebate reporting and analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Support sales presentations, reports, and materials development</p> </li><li> <p>Provide systems, reporting, and process training for Sales and Customer Service team members</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with special projects and cross functional initiatives as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or customer/sales support roles</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Hands on experience with Salesforce.com required; SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and business acumen</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized, detail oriented, and solutions focused</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay/Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pay: $55,000 - $75,000</p> </li><li> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
