<p>Job Description</p> <p>The inventory recovery specialist will report to the DC Reclamation Manager - with a dotted line to the Asset Protection Manager. The ideal candidate for this position would be an individual who has 3+ years of retail automotive parts experience.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The inventory recovery specialist is responsible for the recovery of new product that has become unsalable through the shipping, stocking and reclamation process. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Attaining budget goals - dollars/pieces </li><li>Attention to detail - Inspection and validation of package/box contents </li><li>Research via paper or electronic catalogs to assist in the identification of product </li><li>Re-boxing of product in new, OEM supplied boxes </li><li>Cleaning of packages </li><li>Ensuring that all items ship complete with correct hardware/ parts packs </li><li>Correctly moving product in and out of certain holding accounts to keep the inventory accurate </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>To be successful in role, the Inventory Recovery Specialist must meet all productivity targets and reclaim product in a way that ensures that the product is in new condition, properly packaged and can be sold to our customers.
