This associate will also have a wide range of clerical duties and must be responsible for the performance of waived testing procedures.</p> <p>Laboratory Support Technician Position Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Must be able to provide proof of attendance and successful completion of a phlebotomy course through a Nationally Accredited program </li><li>Possess a certification through a nationally approved accrediting agency or obtain it within one year of employment </li></ul> <p>Required License/Certification Experience</p> <ul> <li>Previous laboratory experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Laboratory Support Technician Schedule</p> <ul> <li>The Laboratory is staffed seven days a week, twenty-four hours per day. </li><li>Personnel may be assigned to work mostly one shift or may have a rotational schedule consisting of duty on day, evening and night shifts.
