Deliver on the campaign journeys and/or programs, based on information gathered from interaction data, market trends and insights.</p> <p>The Internal Comms Marcomm Advisor Analyst supports the execution and coordination of internal audiences end-to-end digital marketing initiatives that align with overall marketing objectives. This role is a dynamic professional that has a robust understanding of digital marketing trends, channels, and best practices to effectively assist and coordinate marketing activities. This professional is a doer, a trusted advisor for the senior marketing strategists, someone who acts as a marketing coordinator for the client and our team.</p> <p>The Internal Comms Marcomm Advisor Analyst has -at least- a C1 English level and is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a strong foundation in digital marketing and exceptional organizational skills, they will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the success of our loyalty programs.</p> <p>Key Responsibilties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison between senior marketing strategists, clients, and our internal team. Facilitate smooth communication and ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and tracking project milestones. Maintain organized records and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in analyzing marketing data and performance metrics. Generate reports and provide insights to help inform strategic decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the execution of loyalty marketing campaigns, including content scheduling, coordination with creative teams, and tracking campaign effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and best practices to contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ideally in advertising agencies.</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of experience in marketing production environments, coordinating with strategy and creative teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Digitally fluent, with knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic project management experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with content strategies and understanding of the key performance indicators for each of the main marketing channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience at a country level in crafting channel marketing tactics.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience crafting low to medium-complexity marketing plans and/or programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with Microsoft Office, and project management tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in working in an international/multicultural environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent English communication skills (B2+ / C1). Skilled communicator (written and spoken).</p> </li><li> <p>Impeccable time management and prioritization skills. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and multiple tasks at a time.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to think on the fly.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p> </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
