<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Assists the Finance Department in maintaining all Food & Beverage databases including, but not limited to, Micros, Redrock (MMS), with regular reporting and performance auditing to both Finance and Food & Beverage departments in general, or for specific TGO properties as assigned. Provides administrative support, as well as, non-routine independent support to the Operations and Budgeting Analyst, and/or Senior Operations and Budgeting Analyst with special projects, tasks, and assignments.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Must have strong math skills related to restaurant industry financials. (Test required) </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two (2) years work related experience with purchasing and procurement procedures in Food & Beverage. </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience in a Food & Beverage operation. </li><li>Minimum of one (1) year experience with Micros, MMS, Kronos, Infor CPM and/or related software systems. </li></ul> <p>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Must attend training and/or travel as job functions and duties require. </li><li>Must be flexible to work both Casino sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino and the Quil Ceda Creek Casino. </li><li>Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. </li><li>Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. </li><li>Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers. </li></ul> <p>Exemption Type</p> <p>Non-Exempt</p> <p>Closing Date</p> <p>12/17/2025</p>
