Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager to find your next opportunity.</p> <p>The Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of 15-25 stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.</p> <p>The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00am-finish.The hourly rate is $28.22.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Safely operate a 24' box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW) </li><li>Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate </li><li>Properly track and document the activity log </li><li>Report any issues or incidents to dispatch </li><li>Inspect the truck before and after each trip </li><li>Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>A valid commercial driver's license </li><li>Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam </li><li>A good driving record </li><li>1 year of recent CDL B experience </li><li>1 year of route delivery experience </li><li>1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience </li><li>Lift gate experience </li><li>Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted) </li><li>Strong work ethic </li></ul>
