We want to hear from you if you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that celebrates integrity and craftsmanship!</p> <p>Pay: $80,000/yr</p> <p>1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM</p> <p>Requirements: Candidates should possess a four-year technical degree related to manufacturing or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years of experience in Quality Administration and/or Quality Engineering.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Company's quality system </li><li>Serve as the Management Representative for the Quality System </li><li>Conduct internal audits </li><li>Schedule and lead Management Review meetings </li><li>Control and update all International Organization for Standardization (ISO) documents and forms </li><li>Manage process control for manufacturing operations </li><li>Evaluate incoming broker components and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) </li><li>Develop and perform vendor and supplier evaluations </li><li>Implement training programs for production personnel and management levels </li><li>Conduct yearly ISO training for all employees </li><li>Ensure that all team members are trained on IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards </li></ul> <p>Benefits: Paid time off, medical and dental insurance, group life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match.</p> <p>Shape your future with us and join a team that enables others to succeed.
