<p>AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Digital Experience Optimization Senior Specialist at any of the following locations: Wilmington, DE - Worthington, OH or Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, digital user experience enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive data-informed decisions that enhance our digital platforms.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role, and will require you to be on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various digital strategies and user experiences across web and mobile platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights, providing recommendations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with product managers, UX, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive implementation of individual tests as well as overall optimization strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the utilization and administration of digital testing tools, including Adobe Target, ensuring they are effectively leveraged to meet organizational goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Owns and manages testing roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish, document, and maintain standardized processes for digital testing and optimization to ensure consistency and efficiency across all initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to testing and optimization efforts, and present findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital optimization and testing methodologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.</p> </li><li> <p>Support targeting and personalization efforts, including providing subject matter expertise on Adobe Target.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in leading A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of digital experience, focusing on e-commerce, web, internet, email, and/or mobile web applications.</p> </li><li> <p>High proficiency in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of development tools and skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in working with Agile methodology is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to adapt and innovate in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.</p> </li></ul> <p>At AAA, your success is our success.
