As a member of our caregiving team, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate, person-centered care to aging adults in a home or residential setting.</p> <ul> <li>Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required </li><li>Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or a similar caregiving role preferred </li><li>Ability to provide person-centered care based on each client's needs </li><li>Experience supporting older adults preferred </li><li>Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing compassionate care </li><li>Must be flexible and able to work as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding </li><li>Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort </li><li>Support clients with daily activities and follow the Plan of Care </li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support </li><li>Assist with medication reminders and light daily support tasks as needed </li><li>Monitor clients and report any changes in condition </li><li>Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times </li><li>Document care provided according to company guidelines </li><li>Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed </li></ul>
