As we help people navigate the most difficult times in their lives-with compassion and respect-we ultimately empower them to take steps towards a healthier future.</p> <p>Role: Training Operations Manager</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics. </li><li>Under direction of the Director of Training & Development, oversee the daily operations of the Training Department, ensuring smooth execution of training programs, workshops, and learning sessions. </li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors and trainers to ensure high-quality training services and materials. </li><li>Maintain communication with all stakeholders to ensure training is aligned with organizational goals and expectations. </li><li>Lead and manage training-related projects from initiation to completion, including scope, timelines, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders, track progress, and ensure the successful execution of training initiatives. </li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve training processes to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. </li><li>Ensure training programs adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards. </li><li>Generate and present regular reports on training metrics, outcomes, and areas for improvement. </li><li>Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve offerings. </li><li>Create and develop engaging training content, including course materials, presentations, job aids, eLearning modules, and quizzes, ensuring that they align with organizational needs and objectives. </li><li>Lead and facilitate training sessions for employees across various departments, ensuring that learning objectives are met and that sessions are engaging and interactive. </li><li>Create and sustain an organizational culture that fosters inclusiveness and equity. </li><li>Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required. </li><li>Demonstrate positive leadership, promote an inclusive work environment and present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Education or related field </li><li>3+ years' experience in training coordination, content development, or instructional design, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. </li><li>Experience in creating training content (e.g., presentations, job aids, eLearning modules, and assessments).\ </li><li>In-depth knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), training tools, and technologies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Mission driven; strong desire to make an impact </li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges. </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
