<p>Customer Service Associate</p> <p>Our client, a nationally recognized provider of legal support services, is looking to add a remote Customer Service Associate to their successful team. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for following up with providers, updating the company system with progress, and ensuring client communication is maintained. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires a strong client focus and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Follow up with record providers to secure copies of records in response to written requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Review daily call sheet from Team Leader and make calls to providers to confirm receipt of requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Update company diary system with call details, ensuring progress is communicated to clients in accordance with company protocols.</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule follow-up calls as needed for proper follow-up activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Assign appropriate status message codes for client communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Determine if a copy fee is required and coordinate check preparation.</p> </li><li> <p>Notify Request Processing of address changes for providers or clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with Client Specialist regarding difficult providers.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare required Excel spreadsheets for provider documentation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of related work experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong oral and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong clients focus with the ability to interact at all levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask, maintain organization, and handle high-pressure situations.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to make independent decisions in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Capable of working to deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and working both independently and as part of a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent use of phone, computer keyboard, and monitor.</p> </li><li> <p>High integrity and attention to detail, with flexibility to work extended hours and travel as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
