This role focuses on acquiring and growing accounts with restaurants, hospitality groups, institutional kitchens, and other foodservice operators. Knowledgeable of product information, industry trends, and related technology. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.</p> <p>Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Identify and prospect potential clients within the foodservice industry. </li><li>Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and increase market share </li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. </li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. </li><li>Understand customer needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations. </li><li>Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations for prospective customers; Negotiate and close sales contracts with foodservice buyers and purchasing managers. </li><li>Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies. </li><li>Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability </li><li>Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and business development performance. </li><li>Forecast sales and prepare regular reports for leadership. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education:</p> <p>Bachelor's or other related education/experience</p> <p>If Other, please specify: Business, Food Science, Marketing, Hospitality or related area</p> <p>Required Experience: 5 Years in Business to Business foodservice sales or business development</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in selling to restaurants, institutional buyers, or hospitality clients. </li><li>Strong knowledge of the foodservice industry and distribution channels. </li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple client accounts simultaneously. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. </li></ul> <p>Please specify: Sales / Marketing or related area within foodservice industry</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Preferred Education: Bachelors</p> <p>Preferred Experience: 6 - 10 Years</p> <p>Please specify:</p> <p>Entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven approach; strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; comfortable with frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events; passion for food, hospitality, and client service.</p>
