<ul> <li>Sales with a focus on customer acquisition utilizing phone, internet, and computer systems to find the best solution for our clients </li><li>Contact health leads to pitch and close the greatest number of prospects each day - featuring solutions </li><li>that include base health policies with supplemental insurance </li><li>Offer only approved products to each new client </li><li>Continually meet or exceed sales goals given each day/week/month </li><li>Contact prospects that are generated by internal and external sources of leads </li><li>Radiate referral sales from within our client base </li><li>Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail to cross-sell and up-sell </li><li>Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales </li><li>Utilize sales scripting to overcome customer objections and follow the agency sales process flow </li><li>Emphasize product features & benefits, quote prices, discuss terms, and prepare clients for enrollment into featured plans as you enhance the Fortegra brand </li><li>Enter new customer data into the CRM and update changes to existing contact records </li><li>Participate in weekly call review sessions for sales process compliance and sales skill enhancement </li><li>Meet and sustain corporate objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalency required. Bachelors Degree preferred </li><li>1 plus year sales, telesales, customer service or call center experience preferred. </li><li>Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management </li><li>State insurance license required </li><li>Positions tied directly to the generation of revenue for the organization </li><li>Requires self-starter </li><li>Requires desire for control over remuneration through commission income </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail </li><li>Knowledge of insurance products preferred </li><li>Proficiency with computers </li><li>Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills </li><li>Professional telephone etiquette and listening skills required </li><li>Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm </li><li>Strong multi-tasking skills (phone, computer, software) required </li></ul>
