Bachelors Degree preferred </li><li>1 plus year sales, telesales, customer service or call center experience preferred. </li><li>Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management </li><li>State insurance license required </li><li>Positions tied directly to the generation of revenue for the organization </li><li>Requires self-starter </li><li>Requires desire for control over remuneration through commission income </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail </li><li>Knowledge of insurance products preferred </li><li>Proficiency with computers </li><li>Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills </li><li>Professional telephone etiquette and listening skills required </li><li>Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm </li><li>Strong multi-tasking skills (phone, computer, software) required </li></ul>
