You will help identify troubleshoot and resolve fertilization and pest issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis.</p> <p>Here is what you can expect to do while working here:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshooting and resolving fertilization or pest issues in a timely and efficient manner </li><li>Accurately reporting findings to the operations leadership team. </li><li>Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations. </li><li>Safely operating and maintaining spray equipment, chemicals, and all other company property. </li><li>Communicating escalations to the Assistant Superintendent and/or Superintendent </li><li>Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients. </li><li>Performing other tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of chemical or spray application experience in the golf industry. </li><li>Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions </li><li>Reliable transportation </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish </li><li>A valid pesticide applicators license </li><li>Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>The well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
