This leader will play a pivotal role in?shaping an exceptional employee experience, optimizing workplace environments, and driving operational excellence across the region.</p> <p>Reporting to the VP of Real Estate, Workplace & Security, the Director will also contribute to the?development and global standardization of workplace strategies, processes, and tools?in close collaboration with regional leaders across EMEA and APAC.</p> <p>HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:</p> <p>Americas Regional Leadership:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead all aspects of workplace operations across the Americas, including office services, facilities management, space planning & seat assignments, design & construction, and workplace experience</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, aligning workplace strategy with regional needs and organizational goals</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee regional vendor management, service delivery, and performance metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Own regional budget and partner with Finance?to lead detailed fiscal planning for the Americas region, ensure accurate budget tracking and forecasting, and drive timely and accurate accruals reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Drive workplace related communications in the region in close partnership with our Internal Communications Team</p> </li><li> <p>Build, mentor, and empower a?high-performing, service-minded?workplace team, including FTEs and on-site service providers, aligned with our core values.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Safety, Security and Sustainability teams to ensure compliance, health & safety, and environmental goals are achieved</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely execution of service contracts (MSAs), PO approvals, and invoice processing</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to operational needs promptly, including those that may arise outside of typical business hours</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and regularly update internal Workplace pages, ensuring employees have access to accurate and current information on all office locations, services, amenities, accommodations, and points of contact</p> </li></ul> <p>Global Strategy & Standardization:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with workplace leaders across EMEA and APAC to develop and implement global workplace policies, service standards, and tools</p> </li><li> <p>Champion a?consistent, scalable workplace experience?program across all regions</p> </li><li> <p>Lead cross-regional efforts to drive process improvements, technology adoption, and operational efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Support global change management initiatives and clear, timely communications around workplace programs</p> </li><li> <p>Support post-acquisition integration?efforts related to workplace services, including aligning vendors and service levels, and unifying policies, systems, and reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Procurement?to streamline and optimize the purchase order (PO) request and approval workflows and tool;?experience with Coupa is highly desirable</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Accounting?to improve and standardize the invoice payment and reconciliation process across all locations</p> </li></ul> <p>WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, and workplace experience; minimum 5 years in a people leadership role</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated success leading?multi-site, multi-time-zone?workplace teams</p> </li><li> <p>Deep knowledge of workplace trends, employee experience, health & safety, and sustainability best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent?verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, strategic approach to stakeholder engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Track record of implementing global standards, streamlining operations, and influencing cross-functional outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management and analytical abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Architecture or related fields</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for the region</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in systems such as Coupa, ServiceNow ticketing systems or similar is highly desirable</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for workplace innovation, people-centric design, and elevating employee experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to remain calm, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing or high-pressure environments</p> </li><li> <p>A role model for?professional conduct, positive energy, and team collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to be?on-site 3+ days/week?and?flexible in supporting after-hours escalations?when needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
