Their team is now looking for a Human Resources Coordinator!</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$60K plus bonus</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Our client is looking for an Entry Level Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This candidate will offer integrity throughout their day to day responsibilities. Every day will change based on team needs from employee relations, talent acquisition, and onboarding just to name a few. The Human Resources Coordinator will roll up their sleeves and will need to be organized, proactive, and a team player.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by creating job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs and maintain a pool of qualified candidates. </li><li>Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. Help to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. </li><li>Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Ensure that employees understand their benefits and help them to make informed decisions. </li><li>Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with human resources managers to develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure that all policies comply with current legislation and best practices. </li><li>Training and Development: Organize and coordinate employee training programs, including orientation and onboarding, professional development, and compliance training. Monitor employee progress and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. </li><li>Record-Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job performance data, and attendance records. Ensure that the organization adheres to employment laws and regulations. </li><li>Performance Management: Assist in the development and administration of performance appraisal systems. Help managers to set performance goals, provide feedback, and address performance issues. </li><li>HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment costs, and employee satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>Understanding of HR best practices </li><li>HRIS software is nice to have! </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree within HR or Psychology is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical. </li><li>Dental. </li><li>Vision. </li><li>401k. </li></ul>
