<p>Description</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Treasury Management Advisor I acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships. Also, retains and deepens existing customer relationships.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develops and maintains profitable and quality cash management relationships with Branch assigned business customers. Responsibilities include sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, customer proposals, and training clients on new TM services. </li><li>Profiles clients around their entire cash flow cycle for all TM opportunities. </li><li>Proactively builds internal relationships with the branches to drive TM opportunities. </li><li>Proactively attends and hosts huddles with branch partners to provide TM updates and share best practices. </li><li>Documents huddles, branch referrals, etc. to identify areas of opportunity. </li><li>Takes ownership of pipeline to move deals to completion. Assists in the development and delivery of a marketing plan. </li><li>Cross sells other bank products and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements. </li><li>Assists in outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington as our customer's primary banking relationship. </li><li>Actively seeks feedback for areas of opportunity. </li><li>May mentor other TM colleagues </li><li>Responsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies </li></ul> <p>.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Three or more years of banking experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills </li><li>Three or more years experience of treasury management experience </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Workplace Type:</p> <p>Office</p> <p>Our Approach to Office Workplace Type</p> <p>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
