<p>Overview</p> <p>REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED</p> <p>Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our NEW ENGLAND Region. This position would oversee branch locations in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts & Connecticut . This position would require a candidate that is open to Regional specific travel up to 50% of the year. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the Patio Enclosures sunroom and Stanek window products.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system </li><li>Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process. </li><li>Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc. </li><li>Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs. </li><li>Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures. </li><li>Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors. </li><li>Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products. </li><li>Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly. </li><li>Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented. </li><li>Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems. </li><li>Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry. </li><li>P&L responsibility preferred. </li><li>Experienced in team building and management preferred. </li><li>Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. </li><li>Must be process oriented. </li><li>Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required. </li><li>Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors. </li><li>Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION:</p> <p>Great Day Improvements LLC offers the successful candidate the following a generous base salary plus bonus/variable compensation.</p> <p>Competitive benefits package including:</p> <ul> <li>Health insurance - several options including a company matching HSA </li><li>Vision and Dental plans </li><li>Company matching 401(k) Plan </li><li>Short and long-term disability insurance plans </li><li>Vacation and Holiday pay </li></ul> <p>GDI is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p> <p>#INDGDI</p>
