Our customized service offerings and world-class service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customer's laboratory's business needs.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Prepare buffers and media (from <1L to 2000L) and manage requests through the Media Request System. </li><li>Review batch records for data integrity. </li><li>Forecast and maintain chemical and consumable inventory. </li><li>Perform equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep lab. </li><li>Collaborate with supervisors to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. </li><li>Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting). </li><li>Suggest and implement process improvements. </li><li>Support onboarding and training new team members. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>High School diploma required; college degree preferred.</p> <p>2+ years of laboratory experience preferred.</p> <p>Customer service experience is a plus</p> <p>Knowledge and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently </li><li>Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs </li><li>Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms, hazardous materials, PPE required) </li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <p>We offer competitive pay, healthcare, and a full range of employee benefits.
