We want to meet you!</p> <p>What You'll Lead</p> <p>Financial Strategy & Performance</p> <ul> <li>Monthly financial statements and executive dashboards </li><li>Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning </li><li>Variance analysis and performance improvement strategies </li><li>Financial modeling for new programs and expansion </li></ul> <p>Accounting Excellence</p> <ul> <li>General ledger, close process, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight </li><li>Internal controls and policy development </li><li>Fixed assets and balance sheet integrity </li></ul> <p>Healthcare Finance Operations</p> <ul> <li>Partner with revenue cycle teams to improve collections </li><li>Analyze payer mix, denials, reimbursement trends </li><li>Support 340B pharmacy financial performance </li><li>Help maximize sustainability of mission-based services </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate annual audits </li><li>Ensure grant and regulatory compliance </li><li>Supervise finance team members </li><li>Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and excellence </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance </li><li>5+ years progressive finance/accounting leadership experience </li><li>Strong GAAP, controls, budgeting, and reporting expertise </li><li>Proven team leadership experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>CPA or MBA </li><li>Healthcare, nonprofit, or FQHC experience </li><li>Experience with Medicaid / Medicare reimbursement </li><li>Multi-site finance leadership background </li></ul>
