The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for the following:</p> <ul> <li>Provide phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract. </li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Two years of technical experience providing phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under contract. </li><li>Requires competence in serving as the initial point of contact for trouble-shooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. </li><li>Demonstrates ability to work independently or under general direction. </li><li>High school diploma. </li><li>Public Trust Clearance. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <p>CALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
