<p>Job Title: Change Management Lead</p> <p>Position Type: Hourly / Contract</p> <p>Role Duration: ~9 months with possibility to extend</p> <p>Pay: $74 - $83/hr (DOE) + LaunchCode Benefits</p> <p>Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) - St. Louis, MO</p> <p>Years of Experience Required: 5+</p> <p>Hiring Timeline: Immediate</p> <p>Company: The name of our partner organization will be disclosed during the interview process. We are unable to consider candidates for this role who have a current or future work sponsorship need (this includes those holding extended OPT Visas).</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team. This role will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies to support digital transformation initiatives across the university.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this role will drive the successful adoption of new systems and processes, helping end users change how they work to enable standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across various departments and business units within the university.</p> <p>This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in change management methodologies who can influence stakeholders at all levels. This individual must be a self-starter and a detail-oriented practitioner with strong communication and training skills who can build and execute OCM plans, engage directly with impacted employees, and ensure transformation initiatives achieve adoption goals through effective stakeholder engagement and support.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement cross-functional change management strategies and roadmaps that align with digital transformation objectives and university goals, ensuring seamless integration across academic departments, enrollment management, academic services, athletics, and other operational functions. </li><li>Lead organizational change impact assessments to identify stakeholder groups, analyze the degree of change, and determine appropriate change management interventions required for successful technology implementations and process improvements. </li><li>Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and adoption measurement frameworks that drive awareness, understanding, and commitment to change initiatives. </li><li>Establish and manage change management governance structures, including change networks, sponsor coalitions, and change agent communities, to build organizational change capability and ensure consistent application of change methodologies. </li><li>Partner with project management, IT, Enterprise Excellence, and operations leadership, to integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring change readiness is a key success criterion for all supply chain transformation initiatives. </li><li>Conduct organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance, capability gaps, and cultural barriers that may impede the successful adoption of new systems and standardized processes. </li><li>Lead, mentor, and provide oversight to change management practitioners and resources deployed across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices. </li><li>Design and implement change management metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure adoption, proficiency, and business impact, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and demonstrate ROI. </li><li>Develop change management tools, templates, playbooks, and resources that can be scaled across the organization and build a repeatable change management practice within the university. </li><li>Required Qualifications </li><li>Master's or bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. </li><li>5-8 years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 4 years supporting large-scale technology transformation programs </li><li>Demonstrated experience leading change management strategies for higher education institutions with a good understanding of higher education operations. </li><li>Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities </li><li>Experience overseeing change management teams and resources across multiple concurrent projects or programs </li><li>Background in digital transformation initiatives involving system implementation, automation, process standardization, system integration, and operational efficiency improvements </li><li>Experience working with senior leaders to build sponsorship and drive organizational change </li></ul> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p>
