You will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service while traveling between multiple stores. This position requires being on call, with the flexibility to travel to multiple locations in a day based on business needs. A schedule will be provided for planning purposes, but extreme flexibility is essential. As a critical non-supervisory role, you will assist Store Directors and Assistant Managers in upholding company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, ensuring a positive customer experience at every location.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Customer Service (40%)</p> <ul> <li>Provide a friendly and welcoming experience to customers at multiple store locations, assisting them with product selection and information. </li><li>Offer detailed product guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable cannabis products based on their needs and preferences. </li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction across locations. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environments to enhance the overall shopping experience. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to suggest improvements and share customer feedback, contributing to store success. </li></ul> <p>Cash Handling and Transactions (25%)</p> <ul> <li>Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures. </li><li>Work together with colleagues to perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting. </li><li>Collaborate with the finance department to enhance cash flow and financial efficiency. </li><li>Participate in routine cash register audits to verify accurate cash handling. </li><li>Assist in refining and simplifying cash handling procedures for the team. </li><li>Help colleagues with advanced cash register functionalities for smoother transactions. </li></ul> <p>Inventory Management (15%)</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that products are properly organized for easy restocking and accessibility. </li><li>Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate inventory levels at multiple stores. </li><li>Support in-store promotions and sales strategies to help manage and move inventory. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to monitor supply chain performance and provide feedback for process improvements. </li><li>Report on product trends and customer preferences to help drive sales and ensure proper stock management. </li></ul> <p>Please note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities.
