<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Executes strategic sales plans to capitalize on growth and customer development opportunities.</p> <p>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Develops and executes sales strategies for assigned territory to meet department goals. </li><li>Presents the entire range of company services to assigned customers in order to maximize revenue potential and profit levels. </li><li>Collaborates with sales, operations, and pricing teams to ensure a consistent and professional message is conveyed to customers across </li></ul> <p>the network.</p> <ul> <li>Compiles and updates target account list database. </li><li>Maintains relationships with former customers through continued communication. </li><li>Stays up to date with current market trends, pricing, and economic conditions for assigned territory. </li><li>Discusses rate proposals with pricing team to ensure rates meet corporate objectives. </li><li>Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others. </li><li>Receives and carries out instructions. </li><li>Manages regular and predictable attendance. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills. </li><li>Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Solves problems and makes decisions independently and proactively. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Bachelor's degree; or three to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <p>Valid driver's license</p>
