This role is open to Findlay, Houston or San Antonio and supports the Controller's organization independent oversight of Commercial Trading. Works closely and interfaces regularly with Commercial Management, Law, Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit to achieve organizational alignment of commercial compliance control objectives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Researches and supports the implementation of new policies, procedures resulting from internal review or regulatory requirements. Evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls and anticipating future control needs.</p> <ul> <li>Ensures compliance with the company's policies and procedures. </li><li>Performs daily trade surveillance and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
