<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Oncology Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the departmental operations and initiatives as directed by the Manager/Director. As assigned, the coordinator will be responsible for seamless operations flow for the unit. The coordinator will direct the front desk operations, throughput, the patient experience within the unit, manage existing relationships with internal patient services and physician offices.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p> <ol> <li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of three (3) years directly related program operations work experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to function with minimal direction and supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer literacy with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</p> </li></ol> <p>Pay Transparency</p> <p>Olympia Fields Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $34.13.
