<p>Summary:</p> <p>The Sr. Facilities Planner works in conjunction with the Sr. Manager responsible for the overall location facilities to ensure capital assets are in working order, support projects as changes to the location are necessary and ensure regular maintenance routines are scheduled and cared for.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for overall purchasing for the assigned location. </li><li>Track invoices, code invoices, reconcile, and ensure prompt payment for all expenditures, </li><li>Assist with strategic facilities, planning activities, and budget forecasting. </li><li>Assist with tracking budgets and research areas of opportunities for any outliers that need reconciled. </li><li>Locate parts for the automation function in an expedited manner. </li><li>Capture spare parts inventory and keep updated. </li><li>Maintain the parts inventory, both physically and systematically. </li><li>Support site location projects that drive the business and overall efficiency of the operations. </li><li>Maintain adequate vendor contacts and identify new partnerships in order to submit new projects, get bids/quotes and assist in identifying vendor selection. </li><li>Leverage vendor relationships to receive preferred pricing. </li><li>Track temporary agency usage, cross reference invoices with agency, and ensure allocations are properly </li><li>coded to specific DC functions. </li><li>Maintain a record of facility work orders using CMMS. </li><li>Partner with the Medford team to identify, troubleshoot and correct systems issues within CMMS. </li><li>Support the maintenance team by training employees on CMMS usage, troubleshooting issues and heavily involved in resolving systems issues. </li><li>Support all automation PM checks, tracking and scheduling regular maintenance to ensure fully functioning operations. This includes daily, weekly, monthly and annual routines. Includes assignment to key personnel, direct the efforts through completion and follow-up/modify as required. </li><li>Partner with the Safety team for any environmental compliance issues that may arise. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li><li>High School diploma required; degree preferred </li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment </li><li>Ability to work at a fast pace </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Problem solving </li><li>Sound listening and communication skills </li><li>Requires project management skills, conducting meetings and leading others to sound resolution and work outcomes </li><li>Ability to partner with others in order to resolve facilities issues efficiently and to the end-user's satisfaction </li><li>Intermediate to expert level MS Office </li><li>Ability to focus on self-development in order to prepare for next steps </li></ul>
