Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Sr. Technical Analyst:</p> <p>Contact Centers' Technical Operations, Process, Enhancements Development utilizing Genesys Framework and Tools, Routing Development SME. Also Production Support Activities including Coverage, Incident & Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis. Genesys Certified utilizing Genesys Frameworks, Genesys Cloud Architect, utilizing API's.</p> <p>1) Enhancement Development and Validation</p> <p>2) Work on Change Control Requests driven by the different Contact Center Business Teams.</p> <p>3) Work on Requests for Service (RFS) for Operational Changes which requires immediate attention as part of the Day-to-Day Contact Centers' run of the Business.</p> <p>4) Responding and Resolving escalated issues that are reported as Major Incident Issues by Operations Command Center.</p> <p>This role will require some on-call work, shift work, and overtime when needed during Monday through Friday, including some Holidays. Weekend work will be limited.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5+ years of experience with Genesys Frameworks</p> </li><li> <p>Genesys Experience which includes:</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3+ years of experience with Genesys On-Premise</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 6+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3+ years of experience with API Integrations with Genesys</p> </li><li> <p>HS Diploma / GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Associate's.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications on various Genesys Platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Communication/Liaison working with Genesys Technical Account Manager (TAM)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of vertical expertise as well as horizontal expertise involving all the integration points end-to-end for this solution</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
