<p>Executive Financial Reporting Analyst</p> <p>The Opportunity:</p> <p>The Executive Financial Reporting Analyst will serve as the companywide owner of the enterprise KPI dashboard and the primary steward of CEO and CFO-level financial reporting. This individual will manage all inputs, updates, enhancements, and stakeholder coordination for the KPI dashboard, while ensuring complete understanding of the data architecture, back-end processes, and operational performance metrics that drive it. As a secondary function, the role will manage all materials, reporting cycles, and analytics for Board of Directors financial deliverables.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the enterprise KPI dashboard end to end, including data ingestion, validation, updates, and change control.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain deep expertise in all dashboard inputs, logic, calculations, and back-end structures.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement methodology updates and coordinate cross functional changes with Corporate FP&A, Business Finance, and technical partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the central point of contact for KPI updates, ensuring clear communication, impact assessment, and alignment across stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain governance, documentation, and version control for all dashboard modifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead preparation and delivery of CEO and CFO level reporting and analytics.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the full lifecycle of Board of Directors financial materials, including package development, updates, and review cycles.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate dashboard outputs into meaningful insights for leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Support recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc executive requests with accurate and timely analysis.</p> </li></ul> <p>Join us. The world can't wait.</p> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in corporate financial analysis, reporting, or analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Experience producing or managing executive-level financial deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of financial modeling, KPI frameworks, and data validation</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to translate complex financial and technical processes into clear and actionable insights</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice If You Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Tableau, enterprise data systems, or financial reporting platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with KPI dashboard development or management</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting senior leadership or Board reporting cycles</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of government services, contract structures, and federal financial reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
