In this role, youll help ensure our medical, behavioral health, and dental services are billed accuratelyso thousands of community members can continue receiving the care they depend on.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <p>Submit, track, and manage electronic claims using our billing software</p> <p>Obtain referrals, pre-authorizations, and verify insurance coverage</p> <p>Monitor unpaid claims and ensure payments are accurate</p> <p>Investigate and appeal denied claims to ensure proper reimbursement</p> <p>Maintain compliance with all billing regulations and internal procedures</p> <p>Keep detailed, organized records that support smooth operations</p> <p>What Makes You a Great Fit</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent</p> <p>24 years of hands-on medical billing experience</p> <p>Medical billing certification</p> <p>Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</p> <p>Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding, HCFA 1500, and UB-04</p> <p>Experience with billing software and electronic medical records</p> <p>Youll Thrive Here If You</p> <p>Love solving puzzles and figuring out why something doesnt match up</p> <p>Enjoy communicating with patients, insurers, and your teammates</p> <p>Can manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently</p> <p>Work well in a collaborative, supportive environment</p> <p>Bring a solution-focused mindset to your daily work</p> <p>What Your Day Looks Like</p> <p>This role is primarily desk-based with regular computer work.
