<p>Job Skills / Requirements</p> <p>Home Leader (Rauch, Inc.) - Charlestown, IN</p> <p>Full-time position for a Home Leader for Rauch Inc.'s, Supported Living program. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities can include helping clients be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; taking clients to doctor's appointments and other locations to allow the client to be part of the community; managing the house financing; and providing supervision to the home's staff-availability for first, second, and third shift required.</p> <p>Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a valid driver's license.
