Be part of an extraordinary life!</p> <p>Sedgebrook is seeking a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician II to join our team. This role is responsible for the troubleshooting and intermediate repair of apartment and public area equipment along with the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of semi-skilled tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools and equipment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Performs all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on designated equipment while following manufacturer's recommendations. </li><li>Perform mid-level plumbing work, including isolation valve replacement, mixing valves, shut-off valves, pressure balancing, and leak diagnostics. </li><li>Perform mid-level troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems, including unit diagnosis, airflow issues, controls, thermostats, relays, contactors, and mechanical components. </li><li>Perform mid-level electrical work including troubleshooting circuits, ballasts, drivers, motors, switches, sensors, and control wiring (within non-licensed scope). </li><li>Will assist other Maintenance personnel, when necessary, in the completion of various projects or repair including campus snow removal. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, etc. required. </li><li>HVAC experience preferred. </li><li>Dependable attendance and punctuality. </li><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. </li></ul> <p>Benefits for Full-Time Employees</p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (effective the 1st of the month following hire) </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>DailyPay (get paid faster) </li><li>Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays </li><li>Discounted meals and indoor parking garage access </li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) </li><li>Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance </li><li>Life / AD&D Insurance </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li></ul> <p>Join a supportive, engaging team in a welcoming environment where your role truly makes a difference.</p> <p>Sedgebrook is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer.
