<p>We are seeking a IT Field Service Technician with expertise in Windows Networking and Desktop Support to drive technical excellence. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations. Your contributions will enhance our company's efficiency and impact on society by providing reliable technical support.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the technical support team in providing exceptional service for Windows Networking and Desktop Support. </li><li>Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime. </li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure improvements. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical operations. </li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. </li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions. </li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and products. </li><li>Conduct regular training sessions for team members to keep them updated on the latest technologies and best practices. </li><li>Analyze and report on technical support metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions. </li><li>Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to support business objectives. </li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on technical issues and resolutions. </li><li>Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. </li></ul> <p>What will help you stand out (preferred skills)</p> <ul> <li>Possess strong expertise in Windows operating systems and related technologies. </li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques. </li><li>Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills in desktop support scenarios. </li><li>Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. </li><li>Show the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. </li><li>Display strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. </li><li>CompTIA Network+ Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals </li></ul> <p>Based on this role's business requirements, this is an Onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client office in Chino or Pico Rivera, California. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a balanced work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.</p> <p>Note: The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.</p> <p>Salary and Other Compensation:</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until July 25, 2025.
