Our campus offers a welcoming and conveniently located work environment, including a cafeteria with hot meals, a coffee cafe, and gym for employees.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for supporting field operations and corporate hiring needs through effective full-cycle recruiting. This role helps implement KAG's talent acquisition strategies, framework, and sourcing approaches to meet current staffing needs while supporting short- and long-term business objectives. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring priorities, proactively source and engage talent, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment processing. </li><li>Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies. </li><li>Post open positions, source candidates through multiple channels, review applications, and conduct phone screenings. </li><li>Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. </li><li>Coordinate interviews, assessments, travel arrangements, and scheduling. </li><li>Extend offers, send candidate communications, and create offer and rejection letters. </li><li>Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening. </li><li>Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and follow established recruiting processes and timelines. </li></ul>
