<p>Account Executive, Creative & Technical Event Production</p> <p>Summary: The Account Executive is a key driver of revenue growth, tasked with managing the full sales cycle for creative event and experiential marketing solutions. You will combine an entrepreneurial spirit with a consultative approach to translate client marketing objectives into compelling, high-impact live experiences. Alongside a robust marketing function, you will be responsible for proactive prospecting, leads and proposals, and ultimately acquiring new clients.</p> <p>?Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sales & Business Development:</p> </li><li> <p>Generate Growth: Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities diverse industries.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative Approach: Drive revenue by collaborating with marketing and business development team members and acquiring new prospects through outbound efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Expand Our Reach: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned annual sales goals for both net-new business and existing account expansion.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Relationship Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Trusted Partner: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Main Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their brand, marketing goals, and vision for their events.</p> </li><li> <p>Creative Solution Selling:</p> </li><li> <p>Foster Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized, innovative, and visually compelling event proposals and presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Close Deals: Present, negotiate, and close complex contracts, articulating the creative and financial value of the proposed solution.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Oversight & Budgeting:</p> </li><li> <p>Budget Management: Collaborate with Producers on project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring solutions are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the client's creative specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Liaison: Serve as the essential link between the client and the creative/production teams throughout the project lifecycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay Current: Remain current with event industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.</p> </li></ul> <p>??????Required Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Proven track record of 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the event, trade show, experiential marketing, or creative agency industries. </li><li>Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in finding new business and managing the entire sales cycle, from cold lead to contract close. </li><li>Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop unique solutions that solve a client's marketing challenges. </li><li>Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and presentation tools. </li><li>Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and on-site event management. </li></ul> <p>Ready to Amplify Experiences?</p> <p>If you are an exceptional relationship builder, a creative consultant and driven by the excitement of high -impact live events, we encourage you to apply.</p>
