We're seeking compassionate team members who embrace our core values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy, and Fun!</p> <p>Our Team Members Say It Best, at Three Pillars, you'll be:</p> <ul> <li>Valued for your dedication and compassion </li><li>Empowered to grow-both professionally and personally </li><li>Inspired by a strong culture of care and collaboration </li><li>Welcomed into a close-knit, mission-driven community </li></ul> <p>Assisted Living Caregiver Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or G.E.D. required. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Certification in Medication Administration, First Aid/Heimlich, and fire safety training is preferred - training available if not already certified. </li><li>CNA certification preferred and/or demonstrated competency in direct patient care needs. </li><li>American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification required within 6 months of hire or within 2 years of completing your initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification class.
