<p>Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. Provide direct instruction in both academic and social/emotional skill areas based on student needs. Utilize trauma-informed practices and behavior management strategies to create a safe, supportive learning environment. Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and support inclusive practices. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction and interventions as needed. Facilitate small group and one-on-one instruction focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and social problem-solving. Engage in regular communication with families, therapists, and outside agencies to support student well-being. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and student support team meetings. Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations and documentation requirements.
