Green Bay Packaging is looking for curious and determined individuals who are interested in exploring the benefits of working in the manufacturing industry.</p> <ul> <li>Are you looking for a temporary job over summer break? </li><li>Are you interested in trying a new career in the paper industry? </li><li>Do you want to work in a clean and safe environment? </li><li>Do you want to learn valuable skills such as problem-solving, adaptability and teamwork? </li><li>Do you want to earn a competitive hourly wage, with bonus opportunities? </li></ul> <p>If you answered "Yes!" to any of these questions, apply now for the opportunity to join one of our five Green Bay facilities for the 2026 Summer.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate interest in learning about manufacturing processes and cutting-edge technology </li><li>Assist in the production of items people use every day, including corrugated boxes and pressure sensitive labels </li><li>Assist in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment, and general plant operations. </li><li>Load corrugated board into machines, palletize bundles of boxes, or operate a banding machine in the shipping department. </li><li>Retrieve cutting dies and various tools, feed machines, follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, and conduct quality checks. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Good manual dexterity and attention to detail </li><li>The ability to work well with others </li><li>The ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout a shift. </li><li>Willing to work rotating shifts </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>In addition to a $19.00 hourly wage, if you work the entire summer (10 weeks), you will receive a $1/hour bonus for each hour worked during the summer. Returning summer help employees are also eligible for a $.50 wage increase.</p>
