<p>Join the 17-time Learfield Director's Cup winning Laker Athletics department anchored in the relentless pursuit of greatness.</p> <p>Salary and Benefits</p> <p>$12,000 and full tuition waiver</p> <p>Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li>Planning and implementing practice sessions; </li><li>Providing input and other coaching related duties for home and away games and events; </li><li>Recruiting qualified, prospective student-athletes as allowed by NCAA rules (NCAA Coaching Certification module must be passed annually); </li><li>Analyze video of team and opponents; </li><li>Assist with team travel arrangements, such as transportation, hotels, and meals; </li><li>Assist with planning and implementing camps and clinics in the respective sport; </li><li>Assist with the oversight of the student-athletes academic achievement; </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Athletic Director </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License required and an MVR will be conducted for driving university vehicles </li><li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment </li><li>Ability to work with people in fast paced environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Collegiate softball playing experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Normal office environment.
