<p>Position Description:</p> <p>CGI is looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our Applications Development and Maintenance team, supporting our client which is a large US Bank, working in an advanced technology environment.</p> <p>This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA, or Strongsville, OH, or Dallas, TX ; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.</p> <p>Your future duties and responsibilities:</p> <p>o As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using Kore and Automation Anywhere Robotic (AAR) bots.</p> <p>o Should work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement robust, scalable bots that streamline business processes.</p> <p>Key Technical Responsibilities:</p> <p>o Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Kore and AAR bots.</p> <p>o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</p> <p>o Maintain and troubleshoot existing bots to ensure continued performance and stability.</p> <p>o Monitor bot performance and usage, making necessary adjustments for optimization.</p> <p>o Follow best practices in RPA design and ensure security, scalability, and reusability of automation components.</p> <p>o Document all development processes and provide training to end-users or support staff as needed.</p> <p>o Stay current with RPA industry trends and integrate innovative solutions where appropriate.</p> <p>Key Soft Skills Responsibilities:</p> <p>o Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.</p> <p>o Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.</p> <p>o Communicate technical ideas and solutions effectively.</p> <p>o Work independently and as part of an agile team.</p> <p>Required qualifications to be successful in this role:</p> <p>o Candidate must have an agile mindset and should have 6 + Yrs of good hands-on experience as a developer with a Robotic Process Automation skillset</p> <p>o Proven experience in RPA development, with specific expertise in Kore.ai and Automation Anywhere platforms.</p> <p>o Strong understanding of process automation frameworks and bot lifecycle management.</p> <p>o Familiarity with integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, databases, etc.).</p> <p>o Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or VBScript) is a plus.</p> <p>o Experience with bot orchestration, error handling, and performance monitoring tools.</p> <p>o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.</p> <p>o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>o RPA certifications in Automation Anywhere and/or Kore.ai.</p> <p>o Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</p> <p>o Background in business process management or enterprise system integration.</p> <p>CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
