<p>Specific duties for this position will include running payroll for the Fiscal Service and Purchasing Departments, maintaining personnel records, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, handling management of accounts payable including purchase orders and invoice payments, and projects including helping to manage the City procurement card program and other special projects under the Chief Financial Officer and Purchasing Agent's purview.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job.
