This position leads efforts to establish a staffing and referral model that enhances coordination of care for students, while also increasing student help-seeking behaviors and effective use of campus resources.</p> <p>Using technology-enabled tools and data-driven processes, the specialist conducts direct outreach to students to connect them with services that support their academic and personal well-being. The role includes serving as a knowledgeable liaison between students and campus departments, documenting interactions in the student success platform (EAB Navigate), and contributing to the continuous improvement of intervention strategies.</p> <p>In addition to outreach the specialist coordinates staffing operations within Cyclone Support Central including recruiting, training, and supervising student staff, managing intake and referral processes, and supporting drop-in student needs.
