Your role includes implementing and evaluating care plans, performing assigned tasks, and collaborating with the nursing and multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being.</p> <p>Salary: $41.37 - $41.37/Hourly</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated professional with:</p> <ul> <li>At least 6 months experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting or equivalent required </li><li>California Psychiatric Technician Licensure required </li><li>BLS required </li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group activities to psychiatric patients on an acute psychiatric inpatient </li><li>Knowledge of psychological functioning and deviations from normal </li><li>Knowledge of growth and development throughout the life span </li><li>Knowledge of techniques of therapeutic communication </li><li>Knowledge of Drug administration </li><li>Knowledge of management of assaultive behavior </li><li>Knowledge of Evacuation, fire and disaster procedures </li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA </li></ul> <p>This position has the potential to convert to career.</p>
