<p>Bring your organizational talents and people skills to the heart of Gahanna's Parks & Recreation Department! The City of Gahanna is seeking an Administrative Coordinator! In this dynamic role, you'll handle a variety of challenging and rewarding administrative responsibilities that keep our programs running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for residents, businesses, and staff-providing top-notch customer service, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. From managing calendars and organizing meetings to preparing impactful reports and keeping our records in order, you'll help our leadership team stay on track. You'll also oversee essential databases, support exciting projects and community events, and play a key role in making Gahanna a great place to live, work, and play.</p> <p>Starting Salary Range: The starting salary is between the minimum and midpoint of the range ($50,044.80 annually - $61,297.60 annually). Candidates will start at the minimum of the range unless their skills, experience, education or other factors exceed the qualifications for the position.To view the job description for the Administrative Coordinator - Parks & Recreation CLICK HEREAny combination of education, training and experience as listed below which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job a typical way to qualify is an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in business or a related field and three (3) to five (5) years of hands on professional office experience.</p> <p>Licensure or Certification Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Current and valid Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract in order to meet criteria for insurability established by the City of Gahanna. </li><li>State of Ohio Notary Public preferred. </li></ul>
