<p>A client with Kforce is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join their team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid schedule with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office and Thursday and Friday work from home.</p> <p>Overview: This role will support our digital marketing partners by hypothesizing, implementing, and measuring media testing initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively with others to leverage a modern data stack to turn large datasets into actionable insights.</p> <p>This person will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision making across our marketing and web product teams. This role will partner with team members and stakeholders to develop reporting, answer key questions regarding web products/marketing initiatives and provide recommendations/optimizations to continually enhance business performance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform ad hoc analyses of both marketing and web performance using Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI, FullStory and Google Analytics: 50% </li><li>Assist in dashboard development and maintenance through Power BI: 20% </li><li>Support other analysts with reoccurring reporting that's distributed to the broader organization: 20% </li><li>Partner with stakeholders to support digital marketing testing: 10%* Bachelor's degree in Quantitative or Computer Science field </li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL; R or Python experience is a bonus </li><li>Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint </li><li>Experience working with web and marketing technologies including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SFMC, etc. (preferred) </li><li>Experience in a quantitative data driven field or equivalent coursework/academic projects </li><li>Hands on experience mining large datasets in the context of marketing and/or web engagement </li><li>Experience putting together and presenting data-focused decks </li><li>Digital marketing experience, particularly email analysis experience </li><li>Google Analytics background, SQL background, Email Analytics background (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) </li><li>Good communication and presentation skills </li><li>Experience in creating/using data visualizations to tell a narrative </li><li>Experience with data visualization platforms - Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc. (preferred) </li><li>Experience with data warehouses - Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. (preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with extracting data from data warehouses (preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with modeling techniques (preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with media/ad effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with web analytics measurement (preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with email effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred) </li></ul>
